Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and supervisory roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs tailored to the manufacturing workforce.
- Implement and manage performance management systems for all manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs, emphasizing safety and operational efficiency.
- Lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations specific to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, particularly with a diverse blue-collar workforce.
- Experience in talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies for skilled trades and production roles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and their integration into HR policies, training, and workplace culture.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with labor relations or unionized workforces.
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and incident management.
- Proficiency with HRIS/timekeeping systems common in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and retaining skilled trades and production personnel.
