Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop and implement the continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and techniques.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and ROI of CI initiatives.
• Foster and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the plant.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across relevant processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean principles (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED) and Kaizen methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex CI projects and achieving measurable operational improvements
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities to foster a CI culture

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation.
• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI).
