Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and debug PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Design, configure, and implement HMI/SCADA systems for process visualization and control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, software, and automation issues on production lines.
• Integrate new control systems and automation equipment with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize control system performance, reliability, and safety.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control narratives, and software documentation.
• Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and production processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Knowledge of robotics, motion control systems, and servo applications.
• Ability to design, read, and troubleshoot electrical control schematics and panels.
• Experience with industrial instrumentation, sensors, and process control loops.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in SCADA/MES integration and database technologies (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems.
