Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Coach, train, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Identify, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of improvement projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify the impact of CI efforts.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for operational inefficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED) and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive cultural change.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Master Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced Lean practitioner qualification
  • Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process optimization
  • Proven track record in applying Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) to drive operational improvements
  • Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and analysis related to CI initiatives
  • Experience in developing and implementing CI programs across multiple manufacturing sites
