Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, and offer management.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry-specific networks.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level production to skilled trades and engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates using various methods and platforms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to articulate technical requirements.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including custom report generation or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates with highly specialized technical skills (e.g., robotics, automation, specific engineering disciplines).
• Prior experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing operation.
