Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Byron Center region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Full lifecycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Source passive candidates using a variety of tools and techniques specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit for manufacturing environments.
• Manage offer negotiations and pre-employment processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new manufacturing hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on key metrics to optimize manufacturing recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the candidate experience and employer brand within manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical terminology.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and online platforms for recruitment.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
