Quality Technician | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $41,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment and tools.
- Document inspection results, quality data, and maintain detailed records.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
- Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
