Quality Technician | DeWitt, MI

Salary Range: $41,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in DeWitt that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment and tools.
• Document inspection results, quality data, and maintain detailed records.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality best practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
