Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer extension, negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Represent the company at career fairs and other recruiting events to promote employer brand.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, skilled trades).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills required for different positions.
• Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
