Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Otsego that are seeking skilled Project Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
