Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Perform product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality from concept to launch.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and identify trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools (e.g., FMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing principles

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
