Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, procedures, and records.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Basic understanding of programming languages for automation or data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
