Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of materials and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and quality control.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
