Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement within manufacturing processes through effective project execution.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and external resources to support project requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or other relevant project management certification (e.g., CSM, PgMP)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in project management software beyond basic tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior project managers
