Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Project Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate project status, progress, and performance to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
