Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Project Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
• Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality specifications.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
