Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of skilled technicians and production personnel.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production deadlines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of shop equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for reviewing technical drawings
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
