Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion within manufacturing operations.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze manufacturing processes using statistical methods to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement sustainable process improvements to reduce variation and improve quality and efficiency.
• Drive cultural change and promote a data-driven problem-solving approach across the organization.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leadership, demonstrating quantifiable business impact.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications in manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their integration with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated success in driving sustainability initiatives through process improvement.
