Salary Range: $84,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define supplier quality requirements for new products and processes.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and support supplier selection activities.
• Drive the implementation of APQP/PPAP with suppliers for new product introductions and changes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in supplier quality or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in core quality tools (e.g., PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced quality planning (AQP) tools and methodologies, such as APQP and PPAP
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100
• Demonstrated ability to utilize and interpret statistical process control (SPC) data
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
