Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wayland that are seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Develop and implement statistical process controls and data analysis techniques to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to identify root causes of defects and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Six Sigma principles and best practices throughout the organization.
• Present project progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Minitab or similar statistical software.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Project management professional (PMP) certification.
