Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring production targets are met.
• Manage and mentor shop floor staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of skilled technicians
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
