Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems and procedures.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitors production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Trains and mentors quality team members on quality control techniques and best practices.
• Prepares and presents quality performance reports to management.
• Collaborates with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and developing a team of quality professionals.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
