Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a production team.
