Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and personnel to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflows to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor production staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify and address potential hazards or inefficiencies.
• Track and report on key production metrics, such as output, scrap rates, and downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team to meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MES)
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
