Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment and materials according to production schedules.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures on manufacturing machinery.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment settings to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions during setup.
• Conduct quality checks on initial production runs post-setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and test equipment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
