Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, align, and adjust production machinery according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.

• Document setup parameters and equipment performance.
• Train production operators on proper machine operation post-setup.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a setup or machine operation role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
