Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage materials and tools for production runs.
• Calibrate and adjust manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions during setup.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Document setup procedures and equipment settings accurately.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient changeovers.
• Verify equipment readiness and adherence to safety protocols before operation.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
