Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identifying and documenting defects, working with development teams for resolution.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with design and production engineers to improve product quality and testability.
• Performing root cause analysis of failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing and executing automated tests using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#).
• Experience with test equipment calibration, maintenance, and data acquisition systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) for test automation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for interpreting test results.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with PLCs, industrial control systems, or robotics.
• Certification in relevant areas like ISTQB, Six Sigma, or specific industry standards.
