Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems (480V, 3-phase).
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and other relevant safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their associated electrical controls.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI interfaces.
• Familiarity with vision systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
• Certification in thermography for electrical fault detection.
• Experience with network protocols and industrial communication systems (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profibus).
