Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Byron Center that are seeking Industrial Electricians. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints,, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent licensure/certification.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment up to 480V.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and other relevant electrical safety codes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and automated production lines.
• Certification or experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Arc Flash Safety certification (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Experience with Vision Systems for quality control and automation.
