Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, for manufacturing staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for production, engineering, and other manufacturing-specific roles.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support a safe working environment.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting for manufacturing teams.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, including experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals and improve employee engagement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language common in manufacturing
- Experience with workforce planning and succession planning in a manufacturing context
