Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Hudsonville region seeking Industrial Electricians. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and control devices.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial control systems, motors, and drives.
• Experience with PLC programming and diagnostics (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and other relevant electrical safety standards.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong understanding of VFDs, servo drives, and motion control systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints using CAD software.
