Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC code and hardware issues.
  • Configure and integrate HMI systems for operator interface and control.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to control systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize process control and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
  • Proficient in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
