Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations, including mail distribution, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain office budgets, invoices, and expense reports.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with inventory management or supply chain processes.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
  • Project coordination experience, particularly for facility improvements or equipment installations.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships specific to manufacturing operations (e.g., MRO suppliers, waste management).
