Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new product introduction.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Create and maintain documentation for new product manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement solutions for production issues during new product ramp-up.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle) for PCB design and layout.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, including PCBA assembly, test, and final product integration.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to new product designs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation.
• Background in advanced materials science or semiconductor physics.
