Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Muskegon that are seeking Office Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain office administrative operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.

  • Administer travel arrangements and expense reporting for manufacturing leadership and staff.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supporting diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
  • Project coordination experience, particularly for small-scale office or facility improvement projects.
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or schematics.
  • Experience with vendor management for specialized industrial supplies or services.
