Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions in machinery and systems.

• Conduct precision measurements using specialized tools.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Certification in a specialized area (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, welding).
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
