Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Lansing seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align forecasts with production capacity.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to optimize scheduling and material planning.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements to scheduling processes.
- Participate in S&OP meetings, providing insights on production capacity and scheduling capabilities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
