Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align on demand forecasts and production plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for schedule improvements and efficiency gains.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedule adherence, address issues, and communicate changes.
• Utilize advanced planning systems and tools to generate and refine production schedules.
• Manage order promising and ensure timely delivery commitments to customers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
