Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure MPS aligns with demand forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to maintain production flow.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate, analyze, and update production plans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling adherence and forecast accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
