Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to diagnose root causes of malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production specifications.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics).
• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.
