Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing press machines.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various production runs.
• Conduct quality checks and make adjustments to ensure product specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues and performance problems.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform quality checks using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with preventative maintenance on presses
• Forklift certification or experience
• Prior experience operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface
