Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Monitor process performance using statistical process control and other data analysis techniques.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for potential integration into manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel on process-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, with a Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python) and statistical process control (SPC)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
• Project management experience, including the use of project management software
