Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Manage departmental budgets and control costs to optimize financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve plant performance and capacity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Experience with relevant safety regulations and quality management systems

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems implementation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, Engineering Management)
• Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
