Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, aiding in strategic planning.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and analyze cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within manufacturing operations.
• Support capital expenditure planning and analysis, including ROI calculations and post-implementation reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting complex financial data.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their financial implications.
• Certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
