Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
• Support the annual budgeting process and long-range strategic planning for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new products, projects, and capital investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to improve financial processes and data accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction.

Bonus Qualifications
