Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and train finishing personnel on proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finishing equipment and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and personnel performance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, assembly, packaging)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor production staff on new techniques or equipment.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor).
