Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of products.
• Manage and train a team of finishing technicians.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Optimize workflow and production schedules for the finishing department.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product finishing or packaging.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the finishing area.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Experience with automated finishing equipment and robotics.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior supervisors or team leads.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and control.
