Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled IT Systems Administrators. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the manufacturing plant.
• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity solutions.
• Manage and maintain manufacturing-specific IT systems, such as MES, SCADA, and IoT devices.
• Document IT systems, configurations, procedures, and create user guides.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies in a production environment.
