Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Optimize logistics processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure timely material availability and minimize waste.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with freight carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or Oracle
• PMP certification
