Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain to align production with market demands and innovation.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and increase operational effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving efficiency
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&Ls
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated success in fostering a strong safety culture
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or customer base
